Hi Brian and folks! It's amazing to be here. I'm so glad to have found Brian on the web and am so excited. I am a sponge learning so much lately and am moving forward with trying to make my first deal on a home for only 40% of the FMV. I want it so bad! BUT ... I know I could lose it too. It's a VA repo.
Anyway, I'd love that free ebook Brian!!! How do I get it?
