I am currently in the real estate investing business, I am buying apartments for cashflow and hope to make a good living at it. I have a lease house, the one we previously lived in. A fourplex and I am closing on a sixplex. I hope to make a good living at it and my goal is to fix it to where I can retire on the income from my properties.
